“If you aim at nothing, you will hit it every time,” Zig Ziglar said. Distributors that are most successful building their Digital Branch create and document a plan, strategy and roadmap. The plan doesn’t have to be perfect – but a plan should be something that can be understood and adopted by the entire organization.

However, most distributors just “don’t know what they don’t know” when it comes to building a digital plan.  What should the plan look like?  How should it be structured?  What are the steps that a distributor should follow to build their own plan?

In this hands-on workshop, you will learn how to build your own digital plan/strategy, based on the workshop leader’s extensive experience helping distributors in launching successful digital implementations. You will walk away with an actual plan template for your organization that is based on best practices.
